Renowned multi-disciplinary artist Ezra Furman marks a landmark in her career with the announcement her 10th studio album Goodbye Small Head, due out May 16 via Bella Union. Written during a maelstrom of overwhelm, the album title is a nuanced homage to the 1999 Sleater-Kinney single "Get Up". Goodbye Small Headis Furmans tenth album and the follow-up to All Of Us Flames which was released to universal acclaim in August 2022. To accompany the albums announcement Furman has shared the cinematic string-laden first single "Grand Mal" together with a video directed by Eleanor Petryin which she stars. To mark the album release, Ezra Furman will be in the UK with her band, and on Sunday 18th May will be at Earth in Hackney, London for Ezra Furman presents A World of Love and Care, an all day celebration with friends Du Blonde, Modern Woman and more joining. Ezra Furman is a boundary-breaking artist whose fearless creativity and emotional honesty have made her one of the most compelling voices in modern music.
