We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl records. Each shipment includes stiffener inserts to prevent bending and bubble wrap protection to ensure your media arrives in pristine condition.

What is your return policy for opened media?

Unopened items in their original factory seal can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Due to copyright laws, opened vinyl, CDs, and DVDs can only be returned if they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
